Mizan Online Academy operates on a monthly subscription basis. Once classes have started for a billing cycle, fees are non-refundable for that month. This policy ensures fair teacher scheduling and resource allocation.
If a subscription is canceled before the start of a new billing cycle, no further charges will be applied. However, partial refunds are not issued for unused classes within an active month.
Instead of short trial sessions, Mizan Online Academy offers a full one-month learning experience so families can properly evaluate teaching quality and progress. While refunds are not provided for the first month, families may choose not to continue after the initial month without any obligation.
Refunds are not provided for classes missed or unattended by the student, and no compensation or replacement classes will be offered for such absences. However, if a class is missed due to a technical issue or fault on the part of Mizan Online Academy, the session will be rescheduled or compensated by providing an alternative class at a time convenient for the student.
If a class is canceled by Mizan Online Academy due to technical or operational reasons, the session will be rescheduled or credited. Refunds are not typically issued in such cases unless deemed necessary by the Academy.
Yes. All plans at Mizan Online Academy are monthly subscriptions. Families may change or cancel their plan at the end of each billing cycle. To avoid charges for the following month, cancellation requests must be submitted at least one month in advance, or no later than two weeks before the end of the current billing period. Cancellations requested after this timeframe may result in charges for the next month.

Yes. Mizan Online Academy provides 100% live Quran classes. All lessons are conducted in real time with a dedicated teacher. We do not offer pre-recorded or automated classes.
Yes. Every live class is automatically recorded. Parents and students can review previous lessons anytime to track progress and revision.
All recorded sessions are stored securely in the student’s account and are available for on-demand access.

Yes. We have developed a custom Islamic curriculum of five books covering Aqeedah, Fiqh, Tajweed, Seerah, and Akhlaq, designed specifically for online learning.
Along with the main subject, students receive 10 minutes of structured Islamic curriculum in every class, rotating between the subjects.
Yes. Families can order physical printed copies of our curriculum books through a print-on-demand system. Physical books are optional and support home revision with children.
Yes. We provide female Quran teachers for women and girls who prefer female instructors for comfort and privacy.
Our academy has over 35 qualified teachers, all trained and monitored by our evaluation team. Teachers are experienced in online Islamic education and child-focused teaching.

For families with 6 or more students, classes are divided into two groups for quality assurance.
Class duration depends on the number of students:
• 1 student: 25–30 minutes
• 2 students: 45 minutes
• 3 students: 60 minutes
• 4 students: 75 minutes
• 5 students: 90 minutes
Families can choose 2 Days, 3 Days and 5 Days classes per week, depending on availability and learning goals.
